Summary This position will support the timely and effective response to contracts and long-term agreements, while also providing analytical support for pricing decisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review all contracts and customer terms and conditions for compliance with Times Microwave Systems terms and conditions. Review and negotiate customer RFQs for alignment with company terms and conditions including but not limited to terms governing Inco-terms, payments, termination for convenience, liquidated damages, penalties and warranties. Validating + logging FAR/DFAR flow down clauses prior to customer acceptance. Develop and maintain new agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Track contract status from request through award and customer utilization. Provide quarterly review and summary of all active contracts. Ensure sales tax exemption compliance with customer Pos. Analyze contracts and agreements with Sales Reps to ensure commission structures are accurate. Maintain database of all active Rep agreements and commission structures to allow for review and forecasting. Qualifications/Requirements Paralegal, Legal Studies, or relevant job experience. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment Prior Contract Review experience. Proposing pricing and proposal experience, preferred. Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail, capable of identifying discrepancies, assessing risk factors, and proposing effective solutions. Attention to detail and very organized; technically able to use modern tools to improve on processes, protection and efficiency Experience reviewing government contracts a plus. Government/Aerospace market experience ability to understand market and requirements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
