Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Dominion Resources in New York City, New York. As an entry level position, no experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding products and services.3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database system.4. Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers as needed.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.6. Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image through effective communication with customers.7. Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements:1. Motivated and reliable individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company.2. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to navigate customer inquiries effectively.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software.7. Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
