Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are resilient and resourceful, with a keen attention to detail and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.2. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating to management when necessary.3. Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.7. Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve contact center operations and customer satisfaction.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.3. Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.7. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
