Salary: $150K-$200K (DOE)
Requirements: 5+ years of experience
We are a premier and award-winning Bay Area GC that's been around for over 20 years. Our team specializes in commercial renovation, infrastructure, and TI construction. What You Will Be Doing - Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
- Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
- Monitor construction progress
- Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
What You Need for this Position MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience
- Commercial/infrastructure
- Labs, office, retail
- TI and reposition experience
