Job Summary
This position includes estimating of construction jobs, negation of a fair settlement with the insurance company or payee source, selection of subcontractors to perform the work, monitoring the production of the work being performed, handling any customer supplements or change orders. The job will be closed, and a final walk performed by the Construction Manager
Responsibilities
+ Secure and estimate construction projects and ensure they are on budget
+ Locate, assign, and manage the proper subcontractor for each project
+ Build proper budgets for company and subcontractors to meet the overall job profit margin.
+ Oversee and manage construction projects
+ Assist as needed in collections
Qualifications
+ Excellent Customer Service/Communication skills – You will interact with customers on a daily basis.
+ A background in residential construction management or as a construction superintendent
+ Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at a time
+ Computer estimation skills, such as Xactimate
+ Proficient with Microsoft and Google Workspace.
+ Insurance knowledge and negotiation skills
+ Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
+ Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Compensation: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
