We are partnered with a well-established construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information for the estimates
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and identify potential risks or issues
- Analyze and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to develop cost estimates
- Create and maintain a database of cost information for future reference
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for change orders and value engineering proposals
- Assist in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficient in using construction estimating software and tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications accurately
