Olshan Foundation Repair in Little Rock, AR is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees. Construction Crew Leader Job Responsibilities: Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance to company and industry standards Jobsite management, examine, and inspect job progress Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety Safely operate company equipment Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Qualifications: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop Must be comfortable working outside and walk on uneven ground Must have a valid drivers license with a favorable driving record We are a drug free workplace, must undergo a pre-employment drug test Benefits of working as a Construction Crew Leader in Little Rock, AR:
