Construction Bid Coordinator
Adecco is now hiring a Bid Coordinator for a Construction company, and this is your chance to work with them in the Los Angeles area! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities: Will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP, etc.) document.
Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes.
Meet with potential customers and clients to give them a proposal for completing their project.
Handle bids with sub-contractors (custom homes)
Handling the budgeting for projects and bids
Constant flow of communication between vendors and contracts regarding price, product numbers, purchase orders, and alternatives
Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.

Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma.
Strong Computer Skills in MS Suite, especially advanced in MS Excel 2-3 years experience working in the Construction industry preferred.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment.
Shifts Available:
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
