Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid/high-rise or a diverse commercial background. Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
* Projects of $10MM or more desirable
* Stable work history
* Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
* Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
* Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
* Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
* Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
