Overview: A Senior Project Manager brings valuable experience and expertise to the table, overseeing the execution of projects for our clients with professionalism from design development through construction and beyond. The position demands solid knowledge of commercial construction project management as well as strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and a commitment to excellent communications skills.
As a Design/Build firm, we partner with our clients and their design team by bringing planning, design, and construction together in the early stages of the process to streamline the project and elevate our client's needs. The Sr. Project Manager is the primary driving force in this collaborative open-book process.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients, vendors and partners Gain a thorough understanding of client objectives and project scope through early collaboration with the client, architects, engineers, and value engineering specialists Ensure preconstruction tasks are being completed concurrently, including construction documents, gathering permits, and pre-planning Create accurate estimates and proposals Solicit labor bids and select and manage subcontractors Coordinate project resources (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency and ensure project timeline objectives are met Direct subcontractors and ensure adherence to plans, contract specifications, applicable codes, safety program and best trade practices Manage costs to meet or exceed set profit margin expectations Analyze job progress, identify discrepancies, address critical issues with strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate adaptability to maintain project schedules Manage personal travel costs and monthly expense reports Create and maintain administrative details in estimating software and service management system Work closely with Financial Department to meet project AR and AP responsibilities Work closely with Ownership to drive new business and maintain current client project load Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial projects of varying types, sizes, and complexities, with experience in pricing, subcontractor bidding, proposal presentation, and scheduling Degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a related degree/certification, or relevant years of experience Strong understanding of construction materials, methods and practical field experience CAD and Visio experience/familiarity preferred Ability to present project information to groups of stakeholders and lead project meetings Willing and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-project-based environment Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Project and Excel Procore experience preferred, but not required Ability to travel and manage workload while out of the office Benefits: Full-time position Competitive compensation based on experience and skills Competitive benefits package including: Medical, Preventative Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, Company Holidays and PTO Training and development opportunities Positive work culture, business casual dress code Candidates interested in joining our dynamic team can apply at or send resumes to for consideration.
