Responsibilities
• Deliver non-professional nursing care under the direction of an RN• Assist in examination, treatment, and care of patients• Transport patients and equipment• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients• Follow clear, detailed instructions from nursing staff• Seek guidance on unfamiliar matters• Travel to patient homes to provide care/assistance• Prepare meals for patients as necessary• Complete tasks accurately and adhere to established procedures• Review work for adequacy and adherence to standards
Requirements
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program• Six months related work experience preferred• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant• Current healthcare provider American Heart Association BLS certification• Access to a reliable vehicle• Current Washington State driver's license and proof of insurance
