Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

GrubHub is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative in a remote work capacity based in Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing the GrubHub brand in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner- Assist clients with order issues, payment processing, and general account inquiries- Act as a liaison between clients and other internal departments to resolve customer concerns and complaints- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide product and service information to clients and potential clients- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrubHub products and services- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset- Proficient in using CRM systems and other client support software- Resilient and energetic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong people management and decision-making skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
