Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz. This is a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington, US. As an Entry Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information- Manage client accounts and update information in our CRM system- Process client orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Provide product training and support to clients as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role- Adaptable and hardworking personality traits- Strong analytical skills and time management abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
