Client Relations Associate - Work From Home

**Job Description:**

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Client Relations Associate to work from home in Los Angeles, California. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. This position requires a high level of energy and drive to succeed, as well as strong persuasion and cooperation skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement- Assist clients with policy renewals, claims processing, and other insurance-related tasks- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to insurance policies

**Requirements:**

- 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Energetic and driven personality traits- Strong persuasion and cooperation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
