Job Description:
As a Client Relations Associate at Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a remote work position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. This part-time entry-level role is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are passionate about client relations and are adaptable to different situations.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address their needs and ensure customer satisfaction- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to clients- Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have, escalating to the appropriate team members as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of goods or services- Monitor client accounts for any changes or updates and proactively reach out to address any potential issues- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continually improve our services
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively when faced with challenges- A people-oriented mindset with excellent people management skills- Passion for building relationships and providing top-notch customer service- Adaptability to different client personalities and situations- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent
