Responsibilities
• Develop small and large-scale commercial, industrial, public works, and parks/recreation projects• Draft site development plans including site geometry, utility, erosion and sediment control, grading/drainage plans, etc.• Research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports, and codes to ensure compliance• Analyze surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and materials to identify constraints and develop projects• Collaborate with project managers and design staff to provide updates and address plan revisions• Apply redlines and plan revisions to drawings
Requirements
• One-year college or technical school CAD certificate or equivalent training and experience• 1+ year of CAD design experience• High proficiency with AutoCAD• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record• Ability to occasionally travel overnight• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D strongly preferred
