Self-Starter: Understanding the needs of each day and being prepared to be self-sustaining. Exemplary Customer Service : Deliver excellent customer service by warmly greeting each customer and employing effective upselling techniques. Ensure attractive display of grab-and-go items. Physical Requirements   The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing.
