Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, possess strong research skills, and have a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:- Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner- Transfer complex inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers- Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful interactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and efficiently- Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries- Creative thinking to come up with innovative solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred
