Job Description:As a Chat Support Associate at Public Service Enterprise Group in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through chat communications. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming chat inquiries from customers regarding product information, troubleshooting, and general support.- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.- Energetic and passionate personality traits with a strong desire to help customers.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
