Job Description:
Harman International Industries is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Entry-Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:- Dedicated and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively- Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems- High school diploma or equivalent- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
