Job Overview:

This role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while tackling diverse customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Provide stellar customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts.
Educate customers about our products and services, enhancing their overall experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address and solve complex issues.
Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics in customer service and sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology platforms and use them efficiently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or call center environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Proficient with computers, including CRM software and chat technologies.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Work Schedule:
Shifts available six days a week (Monday-Saturday).
