Responsibilities
• Track and manage the candidate search process• Manage Job Requisition forms between the departments• Compose and post internal/external job postings• Master the latest recruitment techniques and technology• Interpret resumes and collaborate with team members to make determinations on qualification of candidates• Set up interviews with appropriate candidates• Create and maintain phone, pre-screen questions, and in-person communication with the hiring manager• Perform all other duties as assigned
