Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and performance- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure- Knowledge of call center software and technology- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
