Cad Specialist

A+S is seeking a CAD Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for drawing set up, file organization, and production work. Production work will be a mix of narrative directed tasks that will require a growing skill base. Attention to detail and speed are equally important. An understanding of general construction is a plus. There is potential for growth into designer roles. Hourly rate will be dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities Follow A+S AutoCAD/Revit design standards. Set up background drawings/files based on files provided by architect. Translate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design direction into functional documents. Flag coordination issues between disciplines. Help evolve company AutoCAD/Revit standards in coordination with other offices. Work well with others to manage the production process. #LI-Onsite
Requirements Technical degree in AutoCAD/Revit related field or equivalent preferred. Strong AutoCAD/Revit skills a must.
