Coordinates with the business to obtain testers and gather sign-off on the respective items Analysis of data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness Provide support to the business for reporting needs Partake in project work and other duties as assigned Assist with SOC Audit requirements What you need to have: Minimum 1 year of related work experience Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be a self-starter, proactive, responsive, critical thinker, analytical, and resourceful Great verbal and written communication skills Customer service experience Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite What makes you stand out: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) background Project management skills Intermediate in Excel Process improvement expertise

The applicable base salary range for this role is $46,500 to $92,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
