Tudor Oaks is looking for a Business Office Assistant ! This is a position that doesn't open often at Tudor Oaks, so don't delay, apply today! Our team at Tudor Oaks, is focused on a creating a dynamic team environment, making sure to incorporate fun into our work day! Part-Time position, 20hrs per week! Great for family, work life balance! As a Business Office Assistant , your primary purpose will e to provide oversight of the community's business and accounting department. You'll monitor general ledger (G/L) accounts and assist in the coding of invoices with the correct G/L expense account numbers, ensure that resident funds are maintained in accordance with current federal and state guidelines, and assist with maintaining record storage inventory and monitor storage requirements. You'll also assist with the ordering of office supplies, business cards, stationery and other office related materials; as well as, oversee accounts payable, petty cash, bank deposits, and required documentation for the cost reimbursement reports.
Starts at $18.00/hr and goes up based on experience Part-Time, 20hrs per week to allow for work/life balance! Plus, we appreciate our employees, and we like to celebrate! What You Need: Must be 18 years of age Associate's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience 2+ years accounts payable experience strongly preferred Prior experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) strongly preferred Who We Are: At Tudor Oaks, we're not just a place to work....
