Responsibilities
• Supporting the Business Development team in identifying and negotiating new opportunities• Building relationships with agencies and affiliates to enhance performance and explore advertising options• Negotiating fees and contracts with publishers and networks• Overseeing onboarding activities for new accounts• Implementing optimization strategies and conducting data analysis• Initiating and sustaining relationships to establish new revenue streams• Staying abreast of industry trends and providing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
• Proficiency in server-to-server tracking platforms• Competency in tracking and analyzing data• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking• Ability to build trust and nurture partner relationships• Time management and efficiency skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Data-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment• 3 years of experience in paid media marketing or account management• Strong knowledge of affiliate and e-commerce marketing• Experience with Facebook and Google AdNetwork interfaces• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint• Working experience with SQL preferred• Experience with Linear, CTV, Radio, and attribution preferred• High School Diploma or GED equivalent• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant field preferred
