Business Analyst Needed!
This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the IT organization and this company s business users. You will be responsible for gathering detailed business requirements, creating comprehensive wireframes, turning complex data into understandable and actionable insights, and contributing to the development of effective business solutions.
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Conduct detailed business analysis to gather accurate data requirements and identify business needs. Utilize wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Moqups, Miro, and Lucid to create clear and effective visual representations of software interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and development, to ensure requirements are translated into functional specifications. Manage project timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Wrike (preferred, but not mandatory). Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and gather feedback. Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. What Do You Need To Be Considered For This Role? A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-focused business analyst role! Experience within a CPG, apparel, or similar retail-facing organization with manufacturing operations; a clear understanding of supply chain operations as it relates to how systems are configured, and industry-specific terms and jargon- A Must Have! Strong proficiency in wireframing tools (examples: Balsamiq, Miro, Moqups, Lucid). Basic knowledge of Data visuals and Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Experience with project management tools (we use Wrike). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Ability to work in the Burlington office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. A part-time schedule (a minimum of 25 hours per week) will be considered.
This is a full-time or part-time 12-month, contingent opportunity in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Pay Rate is between $40.00 and $51.00 per hour. * Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
