Join us at Rodeo as a Brand Manager/Ambassador, where you'll play a vital role in showcasing our brand in dispensaries and industry events. As a liaison between our brand and consumers, you'll work collaboratively with both our Marketing and Sales teams to amplify brand visibility, engage directly with consumers, and foster valuable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute innovative marketing activations in the field, ranging from in-store pop-ups to dynamic industry events, in support of our Marketing and Sales teams. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Field Marketing Manager to drive sales, train retail staff, curate captivating merchandise displays, and elevate the Rodeo brand presence within dispensaries. Serve as the face of our brand, embodying our values and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product details and benefits to customers and retail staff alike. Drive retail account activation through strategic marketing and sales initiatives, events, and impactful product merchandising. Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with industry influencers, dispensary contacts, and key stakeholders. Provide comprehensive post-event reports to the Sales and Field Marketing teams, offering valuable insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify account needs, prioritize growth opportunities, and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies. Requirements:
Ideally, possess at least 1 year of experience in Event Marketing, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrate a highly approachable and friendly personality, fostering genuine connections with consumers and industry partners. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey brand messaging and engage diverse audiences. Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous, showcasing skills in persuasion, objection handling, active listening, and negotiation. Flexibility is key, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work schedule and thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships, essential for cultivating brand loyalty and driving sales growth. Maintain exceptional punctuality and time-management skills, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions, reflecting our commitment to responsible cannabis consumption. Comfort with technology and computers is essential for navigating our digital platforms and reporting systems. Possess a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of brand representation and event execution. A general understanding of cannabis vapes and cannabis culture is advantageous, though not essential. Must have access to their own vehicle with sufficient space to transport event materials to and from various locations across CT. Successful completion of a background check is required in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
