Omnichannel Brand Designer Position Overview: As the Omnichannel Brand Designer at MLILY USA, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the aesthetic branding and content elements of our business, with a focus on our digital platforms. You will lead the execution of visual design strategies for the MLILY and EGOHOME brands, ensuring consistency and resonance across digital touchpoints.
Full-time Salary employment (exempt) | Expected 40hr work week Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Monrovia, CA (Remote options flexible)
Responsibilities Develop visually compelling brand identities for the MLILY and EGOHOME brands across various digital channels, including e-commerce platforms and company websites. Lead the design and implementation of marketing and brand-related projects, including website design, social media campaigns, and branding content. Own the design strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality design output and alignment with company goals and brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including international marketing support, product development, and retail, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final release, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Provide guidance and direction to the international and domestic creative teams to ensure alignment with the brand's aesthetic vision and standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce design and branding, incorporating innovative ideas into the brand strategy. Conduct regular analysis of brand performance and customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Coordinate posting on B2C social media channels to increase overall brand presence. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of brand design experience in consumer-product or related industries, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design expertise. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred. Deep understanding of branding principles and strategies, with a keen eye for maintaining and expanding brand consistency across digital touchpoints. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools and software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
