About the Role: The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating positive customer experiences to drive sales and promote the Bath Experts brand in-person at stores and events in your community. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, have the ability to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time as needed for events so candidates must have schedule flexibility and evenings and weekend availability.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Promote and generate brand awareness by increasing visibility and recognition of Bath Experts as the premier bath remodel company Represent the Bath Experts brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives (trade shows, etc..) Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing Bath Experts value and expertise Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all Bath Experts' service and product offerings Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments Other duties may include; calling prospective leads and other various marketing related tasks Skills & Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred) Industry experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large branded items An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments Ability to stand for extended periods of time Evening and weekend shift availability More about Bath Experts: Bath Experts is a home improvement company specializing in the transformation of residential bathtub and shower spaces.
