Job Summary:The role of the Body Shop Paint Specialist is to deliver a premium retail experience to our clientele while maintaining a high quality and performance-oriented environment. He/she will be measured by achieving 100% or greater hour efficiency; delivering the highest quality paint repairs without comebacks; and by maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Technician must have a minimum of five years' experience in a dealership atmosphere and/or in a continuous improvement process/procedure-oriented shop environment..
