Shop Napleton Auto GroupThe BDC Representative is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone.You must be an outgoing friendly person who enjoys sales and talking on the phone.We can offer you:Hourly (all salaries are commensurate with experience), competitive commission and bonus structureWe have one of the most competitive BDC compensation plans in our industry.Paid TrainingBonusesMedicalResponsibilities:Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.Responding to Internet Lead service requests promptly.Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.Assist in generating reports and logs.Requirements:Service BDC experience a plus.Vin Solutions experience a plusCall Center experience a plus.Dealership experience preferred.Automotive Service experience a plus.Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
