I have 1 position and want to grow the right person.We only take care of our customers' needs after the sale and don't do anything more thereafter.Customer Advisor for Warranty/After Sale repairs - We Owe - Repair:- The frontman on all things customer service after the sale. Utilizing shop resources to get all after-sold service done in a low-cost and speedy manner. Fielding all service calls. All service negotiations are to be done by the sales dept.Dispatching and staging all work to shop.After Sale Service Handling (We Owe, Repair, Warranty).All cars after the sale need to be brought here. Our shop does All diag and inspections no matter what shop will do the repair so we know it's been done right. We set appointments at sublets here. We will either do the work here or make appointments and deliver/retrieve the car ourselves from a sublet. As far as the customer knows we will be working on it here. If ever a customer is to ask where their car is we don't need to lie to them but rather "We have it at one of our off-site repair facilities, we have techs in several different places"The idea of doing this is to control the repair/deal after the sale. By bringing it here we control the speed of repair, cost of repair, and make sure we are first-hand in the repair at all times. The idea would be to do the diag here, order parts, and then treat it like any other repair (do it here or send it to the sublet depending on flow and needs.Warranty - Same as above except we submit to the warranty company for payment when approved work is done. We use Zurich and AWGS.Service Director Backup - (Brandon Stewart) Learn and know all aspects of SD so can be used as a backup. Opening ROs, billing hours on ROs, subletting internals, auditing ROs (both internal and sublet) running around with cars/parts, and anything else that may arise to be able to fill in.Body Needs Backup - (Scott Reece) Learn and know to do all things body shop-related. We send 100% of our body shop needs off to sublets. Our buyer notes what he thinks should get bodywork on the Bought doc as he buys. Log needs on body sheet, get quotes, dispatch, send out, and retrieve. Help parts get correct parts and share expertise.Parts Backup - (Tim McIntyre) Learn and know how to do all things parts so can be used as a backup if needed.
