Responsibilities
• Meet with customers to determine their vehicle repair or service needs• Build customer relations to increase satisfaction• Maintain ethical business practices and professional image• Monitor vehicle progress and provide updates to customers• Maximize sales and execute retail promotions• Oversee technician's work on customer vehicles• Participate in quality control• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control• Automotive service advisor experience• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen• Driver's License is required• Customer service experience preferred• Sales experience preferred
