Immediate opening for an AutoCAD Plumbing Designer in Glendora, CA who possesses: 5+ years' Experience with AutoCAD Design related to Plumbing (Multi-Family Residence) High School Diploma and/or AutoCAD Certification Construction experience preferred Email resumes to or call FULL DESCRIPTION : The selected candidate will be responsible for: Assist in the development of design approaches and concepts on assigned projects Assist in the data collection and/or field verification Ensure that all drawings are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and prior to project deadline Communicate with team members, team leader, and outside builders to obtain necessary information of drawings. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers and employees. Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance. Perform other duties, as assigned. The selected candidate will also possess: Proficient in AutoCAD Construction knowledge and able to read structure plans General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook General knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies a plus Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines. High school education/College and experience in AutoCAD AutoCAD Experience in Plumbing Multi-Family a minimum of 5 years. Construction industry experience a plus Salary Range: $20-$30/hr
