Responsibilities
• Recruit quality candidates for store positions• Ensure adequate staffing for business needs• Track and support performance management initiatives• Process product recalls• Support training and development programs• Coordinate engagement activities for all store associates• Advise supervisor of significant events affecting associates• Champion in-store communications• Conduct job interviews and exit interviews• Oversee new hire onboarding activities
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Previous experience in HR related activities• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office• Ability to take on tasks outside of expertise• Strong oral and written communication skills• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to achieve objectives through others• Aptitude for customer service• Ability to travel independently
