Responsibilities
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies• Define product roadmap and prioritize development opportunities• Convert market trends into actionable strategies• Manage pricing strategy, P&L, and manufacturing footprint• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing• Manage product lifecycle and portfolio• Lead cost reduction efforts, capacity planning, and quality improvement• Lead customer segmentation and value chain activities• Engage with customers to develop specifications and requirements• Support program launches and provide technical support
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related field• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering• Strong understanding and knowledge of systems and processes• Domestic and international travel required (10%)
