Role Overview:
As an Associate Customer Support Agent, you will focus on administrative tasks within our VoIP infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include provisioning international numbers, ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations, assisting with user authentication, and setting up custom tracking domains. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving challenges and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Act as the first line of support for our customer base, troubleshooting issues via email and occasional screen sharing sessions.
Provision international phone numbers and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist with technical issues related to user authentication and tracking.
Manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent time management to meet rapid response deadlines.
Within Your First Month, You Will:
Participate in our comprehensive New Hire Orientation to dive deep into our company culture.
Start one-on-one sessions with your manager to outline your development goals.
Begin our structured Support Training to become proficient in our platform's operations.
Within Three Months, You Will:
Handle 10-15 support tickets daily, developing proficiency and technical expertise.
Prioritize and manage customer queries effectively using our case management tools.
Within Six Months, You Will:
Achieve self-proficiency in managing complex customer issues.
Deepen your knowledge in specialized areas such as VoIP and user authentication.
Within Twelve Months, You Will:
Mentor new team members and share your knowledge and expertise.
Expand your troubleshooting capabilities and take on more complex challenges.
