Responsibilities
• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans and achieve business results• Maximize sales through product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty• Develop team members committed to creating a great customer experience• Oversee assigned responsibilities and be accountable for results• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met• Learn about all aspects of the business and contribute ideas for business growth• Remain composed in challenging situations• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions in the absence of Store Manager• Model company values
Requirements
• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business preferred• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends• May require occasional travel• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
