AC Lounge at AC Marriott Vancouver Waterfront is currently seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our growing team!The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of associates.Hotel Blurb[Top Benefits Offered]ResponsibilitiesEnforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality of food preparation and service.Ensure the departments are in full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws about HR, Employment, Wages and Hours, Occupational Health and Safety, ADA, MSDS and additional lawsMaintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.Has working knowledge of kitchen operations such as food handling and preparation, sanitation, safety, maintenance of equipment etc.Conducts department audits and ensures compliance.
