Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike's store / operation. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM), the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for:
Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience Providing coaching to team members to improve performance Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards Helping to control Cost of Sales through inventory management, tracking, effective ordering, and control of waste and loss each shift Leading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards We are serious about providing a friendly atmosphere for our customers as well as a friendly/productive work environment for our team.
