We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Center Administrator to join our team at our Topeka PACE Center. Summary:
The Assistant Center Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Center Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of our PACE program. This position requires excellent administrative and communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a collaborative approach in working with various stakeholders.
Midland Care's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities. For Midland Care PACE participants, PACE means a team of experienced doctors, nurses and other health care professionals getting to know the participant and working with him or her to design a plan to aid in achieving health goals.
Employment Status: Full-Time|Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay range beginning at $66,000/year - pay based on experience Responsibilities: Possesses interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and communication throughout the organizationOversees the scheduling of adequate staff to meet participant/client needs including recruitment, selection and training of new employees.Engages staff and participants promoting positive service delivery.Ensures the flow of a wide variety of daily activities occurs as scheduled. · Documents daily attendance of Participants in the center.Documents and reports any identified performance issues; initiates progressive discipline when indicated · Completes performance evaluations of staff per procedure,Provides supervision of staff regarding planning, coordination, and implementation of all activities in the Day Center.Models' attendance at Midland events and in-services. Must possess a valid Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
