Your responsibilities include: Join our winning team! Provide a "remarkable" experience with every guest that you come in contact with; Serve as the face of Chick-fil- A outside the restaurant; Check orders for order accuracy; Deliver meals quickly while showing genuine hospitality; Help perform other tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and stocking. *Our team members do not stay offsite and serve catered food, we will set it up as needed and return immediately to the restaurant. It is not that style of catering. In addition, leadership typically remains in the store to lead the team, while team members go out on deliveries. Job Characteristics: Participates with catering order preparation in the kitchen Thorough check of orders prior to leaving the restaurant Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures Assign orders to team members to distribute to businesses and homes Seek opportunities to deliver an aspect of 2nd Mile Service on every order Tracks inventory to ensure sufficient catering supplies are maintained and available for orders Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift Working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant offers the opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a fast-paced environment.
