Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and successful implementation of after school programs• Recruit and enroll students into the program• Provide academic assistance and support to all students during designated times• Promote participation of students, school staff, volunteers, and parents• Co-design, establish and help implement and review program systems and logistics• Advise on the daily coordination of the after-school program• Advise the program Coordinator about overall classroom management and instruction• Build rapport with scholars and families and report daily to parents• Collaborate with program team to create and implement a cohesive learning experience• Advise the Coordinator and team on ensuring the safety of scholars
Requirements
• College degree preferred• Experience with students/scholars in an after school or education setting• Training on mandatory reporting
