Responsibilities: Oversee operations of 3-6 Jimmy John's units, ensuring financial targets are met and staff performance is optimized. Completing Jimmy John's training programs and food safety training programs Upholding company standards and service Conduct daily visits to units to improve operational efficiency, quality of service, and adherence to procedures. Audit food preparation, food safety and workplace safety. Promote team development and advise staff on operational issues. Set and achieve sales and labor targets, managing overall P&L performance. Ensure compliance with policies, communicate changes, and handle customer and employee issues. Manage hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining of store managers. Organize employee files and maintain equipment. Review and audit labor goals and bonus plans. Qualifications: Minimum three years of food service management, customer service management and or multi-unit management Demonstrates strong knowledge of restaurant operations, standards, and strategies. Track record of developing staff and problem-solving. Open availability, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and on-call availability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to handle stress and high-volume situations. Proficiency in using personal computers and software packages. Proactive in customer communication and complaint resolution. Ensure restaurant compliance with food inspections and certifications.
