Ar Receivable Accountant

Don't hesitate, apply now! Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions. Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis, following up on overdue payments as necessary. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing or payment processing. Monitor customer accounts for late payments and initiate collections procedures as needed. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes. Prepare and analyze aging reports to assess the status of outstanding receivables and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow management. Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to accounts receivable management. Requirements: Associate in accounting required, 3+ years of similar experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
