Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of administrative support to Middle, Secondary, and K-12 department. Maintain student database. Process permits Assist with schedule building Take minutes during meetings Coordinate and assist with events, room reservations, purchases, and all ARCHIBUS functions. Process travel, FTRs, mileage, DPR's, and parking reimbursements. Oversee department website Supervise student workers Assist with other duties requested by the department chair and office manager. Minimum Experience / Education: Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and two years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience. Preferred Education Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. Three or more years of administrative support experience, preferably in a higher education environment. One year experience in customer service or related field. Experience with taking and disseminating meeting minutes. Proficient in MS Office or google drive programs. Attention to detailed, excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
