Accounts Receivable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in New York City, New York. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:- Review and verify invoices and receipts- Process payments and credits in a timely manner- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and discrepancies- Prepare reports on accounts receivable performance- Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Driven and resilient personality traits- People management and persuasion soft skills
