Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): Analyze and reduce DSO by implementing effective collections strategies.
Regularly follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies promptly.
Payment Terms and Credit Management: Set clear payment terms for customers.
Evaluate creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
Convert accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments.
Collections and Communication: Work closely with customers to schedule payment arrangements.
Enforce agreed-upon payment terms.
Resolve any payment-related issues in a timely manner.
Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor accounts receivable closely.
Identify problem accounts and take proactive steps.
Update account information to ensure accuracy.
Collaboration: Communicate with field personnel to address problem accounts and achieve common goals.
Qualifications: HSD/Associates/bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Note : This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Redwood City, CA. Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
